I have just ONE question, I’ll ask it of you “MET POLICE” : Just how, in the name of all that is holy, did you think that your officers would get away with taking their badges off and smacking people about with batons? – Did you not count the cameras? (I did, there were 27 in this one image)

How many cameras?

I’m just wandering through my photographic 2009 archive and popping a couple of shots up that I like, that mean something to me – this is one of them. I watched the show on police tactics this evening, the BBC Panorama one, not bad… I agree though, police do have a job to do, but not the way they did this job (above) it was out of hand, out and out violence for the hell of it… (And that was before I got my long lens on!)
